Our Director – Anitesh Govind
Anitesh has over 12+ years’ experience of litigation experience, including in civil disputes, criminal law and family law matters. He is an experienced and highly effective advocate, and has appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court and Environment Court as lead Counsel in trials and appeals.

Work experience
Anitesh has worked at small and large law firms local and central government agencies. During this time, he has worked on multi-million dollar claims and on several criminal matters. Having worked in both private and public organisations, Anitesh has the breadth of experience and understanding on what is needed to get the best outcome for you.
Affiliations
Anitesh is a member and Vice President of the New Zealand Law Society Auckland Branch committee and was the Vice-President of the In-house Lawyers Association of New Zealand (ILANZ) from 2020 to 2022. He was the host of the ILANZ Podcast, a space for in-house lawyers to discuss thought provoking topics such as wellbeing, innovation and development within the profession. Anitesh has also presents on webinars and seminars on a regular basis to lawyers.
